Launch a coin

How it works

Feeline launches coins on pump.fun with a twist: the coin’s creator fees belong to an X account the deployer names. Here is the whole path, and what happens to the money at each step.

News, launches and every change to these rules are posted on X: @useFeeline

1. The launch

You fill in the coin and type an X handle. Feeline checks on x.com that the account exists and reads its permanent numeric id. That id, not the handle, is the recipient, and it is locked: the database refuses to change it, for you and for Feeline.

Feeline makes a new wallet for the coin, the fee wallet, and names it the coin’s creator on pump.fun. Your wallet signs one transaction that creates the coin, makes your optional dev buy, and sends 0.003 SOL to the fee wallet so it can pay the network fees of collecting and claiming. Before you sign, the exact transaction is simulated on Solana mainnet and you see the total. A launch above 0.05 SOL in total, or a dev buy above 0.05 SOL, is refused by this server.

2. Trades and fees

The coin trades on pump.fun like any other coin, on the bonding curve and on PumpSwap after it graduates. pump.fun takes its normal fees on each trade and sets aside a creator fee for the coin’s creator, which is the fee wallet. Feeline reads every trade, logs its creator fee with the transaction, and moves the fees from pump.fun’s vault into the fee wallet.

Every few minutes Feeline also compares the fee wallet’s balance on chain with its own ledger. If the wallet ever holds less than the ledger says, claims for that coin stop until someone checks why.

3. The claim

The owner of the X account logs in with X. Feeline asks X for the account’s id and handle only. If the id matches, the owner sees every coin that pays them, enters a Solana address they control, and claims everything at once.

  • Feeline keeps 10% of what is claimed, sent to Feeline’s treasury in the same transaction.
  • The network fee of the payout comes out of the claimed fees, not out of the owner’s wallet.
  • The smallest claim is 0.01 SOL. Fees below it keep waiting.
  • A claim can only run once: retrying it returns the same claim, and a second one finds nothing left.

Fees that are never claimed stay in the fee wallet for that X account. They are shown as waiting to be claimed on the coin’s page.

The full figures are on Fees.

What Feeline doesn’t control

  • pump.fun’s rules

pump.fun sets the creator fee and can change it. pump.fun can also move a coin’s creator rights to its community (a community takeover). If that happens, new fees stop going to the coin’s Feeline wallet; fees already collected stay claimable.

  • X accounts

X can suspend, lock or delete an account. Feeline pays by the account’s permanent X user id, so a renamed account can still claim, but an account that cannot log in with X cannot claim until it can.

  • Custody

Fees wait in a wallet that Feeline’s server holds for each coin. Its key is encrypted and backed up, but it is still a server: if it is down, claims wait; if it were breached, unclaimed fees could be at risk. Claim regularly.

  • Volume

A fee exists only when someone trades. A coin nobody trades pays nothing, and Feeline cannot make anyone trade.
